in the case of an international sale, trade & GO doms, a customs declaration has to be done. for that, I need full address of the recipient, as well as their phone number. value will be put as lower than 1 CHF for envelopes / 5 CHF for parcels to ensure no extra customs fees for the recipient. if no customs declaration is asked at the post office, I do not show the barcode made prior for it.
if country does not accept international merchandise or if you're really uncomfortable, I will make the packaging as simple as possible, as to make it go through as document instead.
